《误杀》改编自印度电影《较量》和《误杀漫天计》，几个版本故事大致相同：亚洲某地，一个普通人家，父亲勤勤恳恳地工作，母亲安安静静操持家务，女儿在学校念书，却没想到，大女儿被恶少相中，大祸从天而降。为了拯救一家人，父亲设下计谋，忍受盘问和严刑拷打，最终让一家人度过灾劫，他也以自己的方式，求得救赎。
父亲是这个家庭的主心骨，也是这个故事的主心骨，一举一动都不能有错失。所以，父亲的知识来源问题，就成了重要的问题。普通人想要战胜权力机关，战胜有着丰富案件侦破经验的警察局长，安然度过重重危机，靠日常生活的小知识小经验，是远远不够的，所以，这个故事给出了一个重要的设定，父亲是影迷，尤其喜欢看犯罪推理类的电影，靠着看电影，父亲完成了知识积累。
有了这个设定，父亲再是个普通人，也都不要紧了，他的“知识来源”问题就解决了。他可以是老师，是小职员，甚至还可以再普通一点，因为电影能够抹去一切沟壑，给所有人提供故事、情绪、感受，甚至也能提供平等的知识储备的机会。在《误杀》里，肖央扮演的父亲李维杰是个小学都没毕业的小商人，他的同事这样调侃他：“等你女儿大学毕业，她就更瞧不上你这个小学都没毕业的父亲了。”但是不要紧，有电影，他有电影。
有《控方证人》《蒙太奇》《天才枪手》《狩猎》《七宗罪》《白夜行》这样的电影，告诉你现实是什么，人性的光明与黑暗，人又是如何盲从和容易被操纵。并且手把手地告诉你，如何制造不在场证据，如何控制人们的记忆，打乱人们对现实的认知。甚至还送上“世界上有一种鸟是关不住的，因为它的羽毛太漂亮”这样的句子作为心灵补养剂，让人知道自己可以去向往自由，赢得幸福。有理论做先锋队，有方法可以执行，有慰藉做后卫，这就够了。
给了李维杰灵感的，不只有电影里的情节，甚至还有电影技术。《误杀》最让人惊艳的，是强化了“蒙太奇”概念，把它作为一个强有力的构造情节的手段，原作里的父亲，是利用人们的记忆缺陷，重新灌输了自己制造的记忆，李维杰却是非常明确、非常自觉地，用电影手段，重新剪辑组装了现实。在自动取款机上取款这个情节，是原作没有的，它用这个细节，郑重地告诉我们，这其实是一部和电影有关的电影。
《误杀》不但是好看的商业片，也是给电影的一份情书，一首赞歌。它一边讲述了一个精彩的故事，一边告诉我们，电影可以做什么，它如何改变了普通人的生活，改变普通人的思维，让人度过灾劫，获得一点慰藉。
当然，光有这些是不够的。“故事”不只意味着框架和情节，更多时候，也意味着细节制造的血肉。同样是翻拍电影，很多电影失败了，《误杀》却成功了，因为它在原作基础上，又给出了一些有说服力的细节，例如一条街上的华人的相助，棺材上的抓痕，女儿的考卷，这些细节让这个故事更容易得到我们的理解和共情。
还有出现了很多次的羊，羊被枪杀，羊出现在弃车的湖边，羊出现在棺材里，羊出现在赎罪塔下，羊是替罪羊，是目击者，是这些普通人的命运的比喻，也是宗教意义上的羊。
脱胎于原作，却不输于原作，《误杀》翻讲了一个故事，却也为这个故事增添了新的光彩。
作为《较量》和《误杀瞒天记》的中国版翻拍影片，剧情对于观影量大的观众来说早已熟悉，所以我在看这部电影的时候，重点看的是它改编了哪些地方，以及改得好不好。看完全片，总体来说改得很好，甚至相对原版有所升华。
首先谈谈戏：
陈冲把气质这块拿捏得死死的，全片演技担当，要气场有气场，要脆弱有脆弱，就俩字，到位。肖央逐渐从喜剧转型到严肃题材，整体合格，期待未来会有惊喜。谭卓给我的感觉很像《万箭穿心》里的颜丙燕，过于模式化的表演让她暂时还达不到颜的高度，而且她的戏路似乎已经有点被定型和限制，多去演一些其他角色应该会有更好的表现。陈冲的女儿(出演大女儿平平)绝对是走后门来演戏的吧，她演的高中生太假了，不如改成大学生气质上会更符合，总之特别尴尬，不是化妆的问题，演技是真不行，没有遗传到妈妈的精髓。镜头方面，最后的雨中挖坟慢镜头是全片高潮，不论是人物站位、整体构图还是机位都值得玩味。
再谈谈改编：
1.开场增加了致敬希区柯克的惊悚段落，并且能和结尾的监狱彩蛋形成闭环，足够引人遐想。采用了和剧情存在反差的人物姓名，例如两个女儿取名平平安安，这种满满都是flag的姓名是很好的本土化尝试。
2.原版的垃圾儿子起初的罪过只是偷拍洗澡，新版改成了，性质更加恶劣，观众会对反派更加痛恨，但我认为这里改得不好，坏人越坏，最后主角选择救赎就越起不到让观众共鸣的效果。两版罪行调换一下，让原版罪不至死变成罪该万死，则原版主人公脱罪效果会更好，让新版罪该万死变成误杀枉死，那么新版的主人公选择救赎也不会引发观众这样的反感：怎么又是中特色自首结局，真没意思!实际上，这一部并不是单纯为了过审才选择救赎，后面详述。
3.原版的听大师诵经情节在中国版改成了看泰拳，并把泰拳的暴力场面和误杀情节在拍摄上串联成蒙太奇。原版击杀是单独一段，没有和维杰身边发生的故事同时展开，镜头没有形成联动，在环环相扣上，中国版更胜一筹。
4.伪造不在场证明过程中，有一段情节是在电影院看电影。原版中，丈夫抱着妻子，姐姐抱着妹妹，大家都是一脸愁容。中国翻拍版里的妹妹却看着电影在笑，一旁李维杰夫妇和姐姐三人怀揣心事、表情凝重。这也是比原版好的一点，凸出了未经世事的小孩子的纯真。最后针对妹妹逼供，原版用坏警察殴打小孩子逼供，新版是局长拉妹妹到一旁，亲自言语诱惑和威逼，在有前面处理过专门针对妹妹的那段影院对比，后面这段剧情反而更有冲击力，因为这里并不是单纯靠暴力来凸显恶，而是增加了心理层面的东西，所以在妹妹这个细节上的改编相当成功。
5.新版增加了竞选对手和墓地两个设定，这是对最后的暴动做的完善和补充。有竞选对手发动媒体把事情搞大，和利用观众作为中国人对祖先有特殊情结的共识，挖坟掘墓引起天怒人怨的剧情，比起单纯因为对无辜者或小孩进行行刑逼供引起骚乱更合理。原版中，警察局长和她的丈夫一直共同参与审查，新版丈夫则一直在参加竞选，没有介入案件调查，在剧情中像个可有可无的工具人，新版的“市长”因缺少出境而不够原版丰满。
最大的改编当属中国版增加了李维杰先后两次向和尚下跪提供供养的情节，一次和尚接受(暗示李维杰此时善良无罪)，一次拒绝(暗示李维杰此时有罪)，为他最后选择救赎而不是脱罪埋下伏笔，因为这里是涉及到结局的大改，值得单独说一说。
原版脱罪成功，大快人心，都是基于一个前提——垃圾儿子已经死透了。新版最后棺材上抓挠血痕的镜头证明警察局长儿子在“误杀”后并没有死，他是被李维杰妻子埋入坟中窒息而死，死前还有痛苦的挣扎。李维杰翻开坟墓，感受到真相的冲击，在良心上形成了摆脱不掉的“罪与罚”，所以他最后选择说出真相，救赎自己合情合理。
剧情上的圆满必然要求人物的圆满。李维杰是一个善良的人，要让观众真正喜欢上这个角色，要让李维杰的人物形象更加丰满，最后选择赎罪还是脱罪就是关键。原版通过男主角维杰穿行在新旧警察局炫酷的蒙太奇，让他的脱罪立于不败之地，观众也能感觉神清气爽，因为这里的脱罪是正义。新版棺中血痕对李维杰良心的拷问，使他选择赎罪才是片中最大的正义。恶行必须受到惩罚，才是维护正义最好的方式，至此，对局长儿子的误杀才是真正意义上的误杀，而不是杀得好、杀的妙、杀的呱呱叫。误杀和该死两者区别很大，一个是犯罪行为，一个是正当防卫。换成去年昆山龙哥被反杀的案件，倘若龙哥当时不是抢救无效死亡，而是后续被补刀砍死，案件性质上就完全变了。龙哥作死了自己是他活该，但这不代表他是一个可以被任意屠戮的对象，最终审判他的应该是法律。如果观众心中有坚定的法治观念，就会对片子本身反思司法所存在的问题有更深的感触。如果观众为无情杀戮叫好不迭，反倒是反映了另一种社会问题。若人们戾气太重，最终造就的杀孽就会太深。
英文片名，可以译作“乌合之众”，也可以直译为“没有牧羊人的羊”。羊是片子里象征性非常强的喻体。不管是死掉被埋进坟墓的羊，还是庙宇里行走的羊，都直指李维杰的内心，是其内在状态的外化表现。面对无心的杀戮，我们作了何种抉择，就代表我们究竟选择善良还是暴戾。把本片单纯看成爽片也没有什么问题，有些人到电影院里就是去发泄的，但如果剧情有值得深入思考的东西，也请观众们不要放弃。本片的改编，不仅满足了审查需要，还升华了李维杰的人物性格。把善良进行到底，为片中的所有人都赢回了最大的正义。

其实一开始我对这部片并没抱着太高的期待……首先是因为上一部我看得已经挺悲伤了(详见我20xx年3月的观后感流水账《“死亡”倒计时》)，并且按照那个结尾方式，理论上叶师傅应该没什么故事可讲了。再往下出真的只能消费叶师傅情怀了，然后我就提前带着一个坏印象走进了电影院。
开片发现果然，上来就是致敬李小龙1964年长堤空手道大赛的片段，让李小龙的“特型演员”陈国坤来了一段。可惜进行了艺术加工，改成了在旧金山举办，改成了叶师傅有去现场。还以此作为延伸、编出了整篇影片的故事，也就是：
“七旬老汉跨越重洋踢馆美国海军陆战队”
(是的，因为根据真实情况，1964年叶师傅已经70岁了，能爆捶美国海军陆战队士官吗?叶正也28岁了，真的是叛逆青春高中生吗?所以只能是当作艺术加工了，∴电影里叶问≠电影外叶问)
说真的，陈国坤的出场只是个噱头，放在预告片里并不合适。因为全片他的打戏真的只有开头小小一段而已，揍完几个美利坚混混后就再没有出手了(甚至几乎没怎么再出场)。
“李小龙”的戏结束后，就开启了本片的主线：叶师傅来旧金山想办法拿到介绍信、让阿正上这里的高中。剧情很简单，也很套路，而且是传统套路。大家看过《叶问》系列前三部的话就记得了，基本上每一部里，都是叶师傅先跟几个中国人起冲突、然后通过打爆他们改变了他们对自己的看法，然后在中期或者后期就爆锤个外国人，来弘扬我们的民族思想，真的，都是这样的。
第一部是经典的“我要打十个!!!”，爆锤日本军官。第二部是帮世界上最灵活的胖子金宝大哥报仇、爆锤一个拳击手。第三部是跟泰森打，那个蹲下来专攻泰森下盘的动作也挺经典的(虽然没打过泰森，但是要是打得过那就太扯了)。
在这部里，前中期跟中国人的矛盾就是在这里拿不到中华总会的信，因为他们不喜欢李小龙，因为李小龙通过各种方式在教外国人功夫而他们不想教外国人功夫。而李小龙是叶问的徒弟，于是一开始叶师傅就没拿到信。
(叶师傅跟会长吵架，会长请他喝茶，他不喝，两个人就互相推那个圆桌上的可以转的那个大玻璃，推着推着，卧槽居然给按炸了，这真是玄幻情节了。会长你有这内力你之后怎么会被军官捶爆呢?)
接下来也是套路，会长女儿在学校被霸凌的时候，叶师傅刚好就路过现场，接下来就不用多说了。打完收获迷妹“会长女儿”+1，就星星眼的一口一个叶叔叔你好厉害了。
虽然救了女儿但是会长仍然不想帮忙，然后就开口约架，说打赢我就帮你写信，然后两人就打平手了(你们俩能打成这样，我就还是不理解了，会长你到底为什么会被军官捶爆而叶师傅能捶爆军官呢)。
这里最大的槽点就是两个人打完架、这里居然地震了!我的天哪!又不是像《那些年，我们一起追的女孩》一样还原史实事件，1999年9月21日台北真的有地震。难道这部片艺术加工到这个程度吗?还是说……1964年旧金山真的有地，还刚巧是在他俩打完架后
啊，一不小心就写了这么多，所以可以看到，这部片前半部分的槽点还是很多的。
接着的唐人街“中秋晚会”这个情节处是一个转折点，把这部片从满满的槽点和差评，逐渐拉回一点分数的转折，但其实仍然充满了套路，在晚会的时候，美利坚士兵带人来挑衅了。套路大家都明白，中华总会里的师傅们先轮流上场被打爆，叶师傅临时跳出来爆锤了挑衅男一顿，迷妹会长女儿上来给他跳啦啦舞。
但是军官得知女儿被欺负后，立马赶回旧金山，然后去移民局调人直接抓了会长，要赶他走。于是本片的主旨就升华到了民族矛盾，观众们看着看着就不知不觉给起了好评，就算情节再老套，也能从“为国争光”、“为华人争光”这个玩法里变得忽然热血起来，就像林超贤导演的n部电影一样……
但是我每想起叶师傅这时候70岁了就还是想笑，真的一直忍不住。
美利坚士兵一人踢馆打爆了除会长外的所有人后，到移民局找到会长说要捶你，于是跟会长约架。然后第二天会长就被军官打爆了，真的很扯，他那按爆玻璃的内功根本没使出来，完全被削弱了。会长被打爆后，就轮到叶师傅给他报仇了。
于是，七旬老汉独闯海军陆战队总部，声称要爆锤军官并kick his ass(不是我口吐芬芳，这是原片台词)。
锤完后，在一片掌声中坐飞机回了香港，然后开始教儿子打拳，然后在打拳时闪回到第一部打桩的镜头，开始怒插几段前三部爆锤别人时的回忆赚泪点，然后是一个葬礼现场，接着打出几段字幕，然后就完了。
看完到这里，如果是从《叶问1》一路看过来到这的观众也许会忽然被感动，而发出“好看!”两个字的感慨，再加上这整个系列、四部片都在宣扬一个民族精神，都在歌颂中华功夫，都没法给出差评。但其实如果抛开前三部，并且无视末尾的那点回忆加成，而单纯审视这第四部的话……
真的只能说，情节非常俗套，基本上接下来的情节全都能猜到，这就是来消费ip的，消费情怀的(毕竟从英文译名“ip man”就已经暴露了……)。但是我刚才也说了，中后期叶师傅锤了一大堆美利坚友人，基本上把评分已经打回来了。
而且有一说一，这片子的打戏还是不错的。轮流秀了包括咏春拳、截拳道、太极拳、蔡李佛、形意拳等在内的n种拳术，简直就像第二部那时一样。第二部跟金宝大哥对打的部分很经典的，经典到我甚至忘记了第二部的最终boss是谁，但却一直记得有跟金宝大哥对打，而且经常搜片段回顾。
本来我也就没指望这情节能有多神乎，功夫片嘛，就像我最爱看的武侠片一样，除了消费情怀的提前印象之外，我也一开始就做好了“奔着打戏去看”的准备。这部片的打戏很够看，叶师傅很给中国人长脸，不错(虽然历史上他并没有远赴重洋去爆锤美利坚友人)。
除了打戏以外，我看电影还喜欢听音乐。“叶问”系列的祖传bgm一响起就够高潮了，热血无比。片尾的主题曲《咏春》是李宇春唱的，根据这个调调改编，虽然音乐软件识别不出，但是当时她一唱我的耳朵就识别出来了。
总结评价，好坏参半，中上水平，还行，七点几分这样吧。我是觉得值得去看的，而且可以看很多遍的。反正之后我还会去二刷，再爽一次。
看故事的，槽点很多，能一路看一路吐槽。
看打戏的，非常精彩，能一直看一直高潮。
看颜值的，感觉还行，会长女儿还挺漂亮。
看情怀的，回忆泪目，叶师傅终于不用再被消费了。
最后说一下，这片子看粤语版和看国语版可能没什么区别。因为会长父女是说国语的，其他人大部分时候是说英语的，只有叶师傅以及几个老角色在说粤语。
(再吐槽一次，第三部里叶师傅明明完全听不懂、不会讲英文，跟泰森就无法沟通。为什么一到第四部却能无障碍讲英语了呢?他老人家学英语这么快的吗?)

那些不可能变为可能的瞬间，追逐着光明、希望的瞬间，是否是刻意的安排和巧合。如果不是亲眼所见、如果不是放在电影当中，一些鲁莽的决定是否会沦为笑柄。
一、上一部这种类型的电影是《流浪地球》，科幻电影的一个吸引人的点，就是良好的设定，他必然要遵循基本的逻辑，经得起推敲。
我们在感叹视觉效果的同时，会幻想着科技的发展、我们的未来，紧张的告警声音、英文版的语音交互、很多超现实的场景，是电影的一大看点。
有沈腾参与的电影，必然要加入喜剧元素，喜剧元素的填充，使得电影具有更强的观赏性。
年纪大一点，对于单纯的搞笑也许开始变得无法全情投入，使我震撼的更多的是电影的设计感，例如游戏解说的参与、直播的插入。我们的记忆点似乎已经被抖音这种软件直接的给予所控制，深入变得难了。
柏拉图的理想国中写道，纯粹的利用人的感性是一件可耻的事情，那是一种近乎疯狂、缺乏理性的状态，例如诗歌、例如纯碎的煽情。
二、电影的另一个元素便是爱情。我爱你爱到即使你坚持原则抛下我，我想这在现实生活中难以发生，我爱你的纯粹、爱你的坚守岗位。这是多么神圣、高尚，且不太现实的事情。
追一个人，用尽各种办法，牺牲很多、委屈自己很多，在现实中一般是这样的局面，你无论如何的改变自己，只要对方最看重的部分没有得到满足，结果也会失败。
你需要拥有的是，认真地思索，想明白这件事，以度己之心度人，走出来，打开格局。
慕强心理是很多人都有的，你至少在某一方面令我崇拜，可以让我学习，我们寻找的是优秀的、美好的。
当激情消退，你必须有足够的能力去抵挡世俗的种种，去过一个更好的生活，这是爱情的兜底。
三、结尾的时候，看到这个电影是由一个漫画改编的，不得不说在日本流行的漫画，也许会在我国迎来一个发展，漫画确实可以通过故事，说很多不能说，展现很多人心中所想。
漫画不仅包含了故事，还有绘画等元素，这也许就是很多专业共同发展的结果。

60年代的香港，风云变幻，有港英政府的无情压制，又受到内地运动的波及，还有时不时登陆的台风暴雨，老字号的永利街就处在这样一个风暴的漩涡中心。
在永利街头有鞋匠罗的哥哥在开理发店，在永利街尾，鞋匠罗一家四口以做鞋为生，罗先生做得一手好皮鞋，但在那个年代也仅能养家糊口，罗太太为人辛辣直率拥有一张利嘴，能把死的都说成活的，人称：“侠盗罗嫂”。大儿子罗进一16岁，品学兼优，经常拿全校第一，还是跨栏冠军，而弟弟罗进二8岁，从小在家人的溺爱之下，天性顽劣，是出了名的顽皮整蛊，全校倒数第一，有时还爱小偷小摸，一家人住在不大不小几平方米的平房里过的虽然贫苦，但也还算其乐融融。
电影以罗进二做为叙述主体，以罗进二的眼光来看60年代的香港，在他眼里他的哥哥什么都强，可是罗进一最最在意的就是被人看不起，进一深知英文在那年代的香港很重要，所以他考上了最好的英文高中，进一很喜欢鱼，在不大不小的几平方米的平房里有只鱼缸，里面养了很多鱼，还有一只他最钟爱的“红彩雀”。他想把他最钟爱的“红彩雀”送给他喜欢的女孩芳菲，但在见到女孩家的富丽堂皇，又听见她对金鱼的认知比他还要多，心里的自卑不由的越发强烈，想起自家的平房一遇狂风暴雨就支撑不住的样子;想起芳菲可以拥有自己的吉他而他每次只能去借学校的用;想起自己认为是最好的金鱼在跟芳菲家里大鱼缸里的那些热带鱼一比，根本不值一提。

罗进二虽然在学校永远考倒数第一，虽然调皮捣蛋小偷小摸，可是在听到英国警察嘲讽似的话，说在香港只有英文好才有得捞，可是就算是英文好出身低贱也还是没得捞，如果能倒背出英文26个字母才算得上英文好，将来在香港才能像他们那样有的捞人人奉承，才算有出息。又听到奶奶说人都是会老去死去的，不管再怎么不舍，因为在幻变的生命里，岁月原是最大的小偷，如果想与已故的人重逢，就只有把自己最宝贵的.东西存起来，扔到苦海把苦海填满，才会再次和亲人重逢。小小年纪的他虽懵懂却若有所思。当看到哥哥因为血癌变得那么柔弱，不能再运动不能再思考不能再读书写字，又看到医院门口有人就那么轻易地死去，连大雪都覆盖了他曾经存在过的痕迹，他很害怕，害怕有一天也像那样失去了他的哥哥，所以他就把他所有的宝贝全存了起来要送给哥哥，拼命的学习哥哥的长项。希望有一天能像他一样强。

《岁月神偷》用朴实平凡的生活打动了我，当我看到医院里，进一向护士要瓶水护士都要小费，护士打针下手轻重还要看家属给的“诚意”以及罗进一的母亲在进一急需换血的一段对白时不禁潸然泪下，“你是要换新鲜血还是冷藏血?”“两种有什么分别?”“新鲜血300块，冷藏血200块，你昨天不是问过了吗?”进一的母亲怯懦的说：“哦，我只是想知道今天有没有便宜点。”那一刻，我突然感受到了一种无奈，面对护士的白眼和不耐，进一的母亲再没了以前的气势，因为这个社会有钱才能救命啊，不会因为你的软磨硬泡牙尖嘴厉有所改变，反而会因为你没钱而对你不管不顾。
当我看到进一的父亲为了英国警察要多收的那几块保护费不惜与其翻脸时，我突然发现其实都道岁月无情，可真正冷酷的不是岁月，是社会反映出的黑暗，真正冷酷无情的是社会的制度，是人心的泯灭啊。
突然想起一句话：我们无力改变这世界，那就改变自己吧。让自己变强，直到世界因为你而改变。虽然进一还是没能逃脱病魔的手掌，可是在他死之前能实现他的梦想，能再见到他喜欢的女孩，我想他还是幸福的。最值得欣慰的是，进二不再是那个调皮捣蛋的小孩，他也考进了进一的学校，成为最优秀的学生。虽然跨栏还是没进一厉害，可是他真的有为自己为哥哥奋斗努力过。
生活总是充满可能和不可能的，我们每个人也都经历过那段什么都可能、也什么都不可能的日子。岁月是会悄悄的留下痕迹，可是我们能做的更多的还是珍惜，珍惜我们所经历的一切，珍惜我们所拥有的一切。在我们的岁月里也留下属于自己的足迹。
